The images are obtained according to the usual protocol which reveals:
Mildly knee joint effusion is seen.
ACL and PCL are intact with no evidence of tearing.
Small radial tearing is seen in posterior horn of medial meniscus.
Lateral meniscus is seen.
Signal intensity of bony structures is normal.
Patellofemoral joint is seen with normal configuration.
No tearing is seen in para articular ligaments.
No S.O.L. is seen in adjacent soft tissues and muscles
